o) To receive the territory's accounts relating to each financial year, which accounts will be submitted to the Assembly together with the report and decision of the court with powers to judge them, as well as other elements required for their consideration;
p) To authorise the Government to raise loans and carry out other credit operations in terms of the law, and to grant guarantees under the conditions mentioned in Article 63;
q) To judge the acts of the Governor or the Administration;
r) To vote motions of no confidence in the Government, which motions must contain a detailed account of the reasons which gave rise to them, and immediately notify the President of the Republic and the Governor thereof;
s). To express opinions and propose amendments relating to the territory's Organic Statute;
t) To verify and recognize the powers of its members, elect its Board, draw up its internal rules and regulate its own policy;
u)
To express opinions in the cases provided for in articles 3, no. 3 and 11, no. 1, sub-para (d);
v) To elect three Deputies to become members of the Higher Council of Security;
W) To express its opinion, in general, on all matters of interest to the territory, either on its own initiative or upon request of the Government of the Republic or the Governor.

The subjects falling under sub-paras (a) to (1), (o), (p), (t) and (v) are an exclusive duty of the Legislative Assembly.
Subsection III
Functioning
Article 32 1. The Legislative Assembly will meet in the territory's capital, within thirty days of the final counting of the results of the elections.
2. Each legislative session should not exceed, as a rule, eight
months, which can be divided into two or three periods.
3. The legislative session can be extended by the Assembly, in order to discuss exclusively the matters specifically indicated in the
order containing the extension and in the summons notice.
Article 33 1.
