HONG KONG, THE FALKLAND ISLANDS AND BRITISH NATIONALITY

In so far as the letter from Nyman, Lisbon, Paul & Co., Chartered Accountants, of 9 June, the enclosed article from the Birmingham (Alabama) News of 2 June and your draft reply received last night raise any legal points at all they are really for Mr Chamberlain (concerning our dispute with Argentina over the Falkland Islands) and Miss Brooks (concerning the British Nationality Act 1981). I am therefore sending copies of these papers to them in case they have any comments to make.

2. I see no legal objection to the references to Hong Kong.
