During the course of my professional activities, I have occasion to visit the United States on a regular basis. A friend of mine in Birmingham, Alabama, has sent to me an extract from the Birmingham News of June 2nd 1982 and I enclose a copy for you. I would imagine that this is part of a syndicated column and the article may have appeared in other American newspapers.
