21st September the change of the eligibility baseline

To implement the new policy.

16. Development
Clearances
To make land available for planned development projects.
A total of 35 development clearances were completed during the quarter. Some 4,200 persons were rehoused in permanent housing and 4,400 persons in temporary or primary housing.
59 development clearances are scheduled for this quarter.

Construction of Temporary Housing Areas
To provide temporary housing for homeless persons not
eligible for
direct
allocation of
permanent housing.

A total of 11,500 person-spaces were completed..

Another 15,000 person- spaces will be produced in the next quarter.
