Proposals for revision of preliminary rough draft Bill currently being formulated by EPA.

c) Summary Offences (Permitted Work) (Amendment) Regulations 1981
To consider amendment of the Regulations to pro- vide for an interim means, of controlling daytime construction noise pending enactment of Noise Control Bill.
Survey of daytime cons- truction noise being conducted by EPA to determine feasibility and implications of control in isolation from other noises,
To evaluate the findings of the survey and decide on appropriate approach.
