Purpose

To consider the recommendations in the Committee's Report and the extent and timing of their adoption.

To continue monitoring

the situation.

Tribunal is dependent on amendments to the Lands Tribunal Ordinance now under consideration by Judiciary and Legal Department.

(c) Technical amendments to the

Ordinance necessary in advance of the 1983 review have been. discussed with Commissioner for Rating & Valuation.

Commissioner for Rating & Valuation has recommended further increases in permitted rents for prewar premises with effect from 1st July 1982.
