(b) NDO Construction - a joint-venture
development programme is underway to build
1365 new quarters of all grades by 1985/86. 17 joint-venture projects have been tendered and are underway and a further 4 are under active planning for implementation in 1982/83. A further 168 quarters are being built at Mt. Butler under the PWP.
Monitor redevelopmen programme and find
new sites to maintain impetus.

approval has been given by FC for the purchase of 150 quarters to help overcome the immediate NDQ shortfall.
Identify suitable quarters and effect purchases.
w.e.f. 1st April, Management Services Division became part of Finance Branch and so items (4), (5) and (6) of the last quarterly report will feature in the Finance Branch Report.
