Revised proposals considered and agreement reached be- tween Branch and EPA subject to some amendment. Paper setting out the amended proposals since received from EPA and circulated on 23.4.82 for preliminary comment by departments.

Under EPA on 29.4.82. consideration in Branch prior to circulation to departments.
Next Quarter Target
To agree revised proposals inter-departmentally and thereafter to arrange for preparation, if necessary, of fresh drafting ins- tructions.
