To implement the remaining recommendations of the Working Party on the Review of the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance regarding compulsory insurance, establishment of a two-tier compensation board and measures to expedite the processing of claims
To increase the penalty on non-reporting of commencement of construction work, to impose a penalty on the late payment of levy, and to enable the Board to disclose information to the Construction Industry Training Authority
