COLONIAL REGULATION 58

1. I enclose a copy of a letter of 29 October from the Secretary of the Civil Service, Hong Kong Government, about the interpretation of Colonial Regulation 58 at Appendix 11 (page 25) of Colonial Regulations.

2.

We would welcome any advice your Attorney- General may be able to give on the interpret- ation of this Colonial Regulation in Gibraltar. The equivalent Regulation in Gibraltar would presumably be 57(vi).
