The Council ADVISED and the Governor DECIDED:

under section 2 of the Crown Lands

Resumption Ordinance (Chapter 124),

that the purpose of the proposed

resumption is a public purpose; and,

under section 3 of that Ordinance,

that the resumption of the lots listed

at Annex B to the memorandum is

required for a public purpose.
