The Falkland Islands, while a British Dependent Territory administered by a Governor appointed by the British Government, enjoy a large measure of autonomy. The law on homosexuality falls within the responsibility of the Government of the Islands. You might therefore wish to write direct to that Government in the person of the Chief Secretary, Falkland Islands Government, Government Secretariat, Port Stanley, Falkland Islands.
