CAMPAIGN FOR HOMOSEXUAL EQUALITY (CHE)

1. Please see a letter of 5 February from the CHE.

2. I have had helpful comments from SAMD and WIAD. SED confirm that Gibraltar does have a law against homosexuality (gross indecency).

I do not think that in replying to this letter we need to go into detail and I attach a suggested draft reply in general terms. If the CHE comes back to us on specific territories we shall then have to conider how far to go in informing the territories.
