1. Our recent work on the draft new constitution for Anguilla makes one think that some existing constitutions will need amend- ment when the BNA comes into force to take care of references to CUKS if these references are not sufficiently covered by transi- tional provisions in the Act itself, and the same may be true of some other colonial laws.

I have not looked into the matter and it may be of course that it has already been considered.
