Please see attached minute with enclosures from Mr Herdman of West Indian & Atlantic Department.
2 I would be grateful if you could confirm that the Department of Industry has no objections to Bermuda joining the Caribbean Postal Union.
3. The letter from CARICOM to the Bermudan Premier dated 3 November 1981 mentions the draft Convention draft Regulations and draft Pro- tocol of the proposed CPU. I have no copies of these documents and would be grateful if you could send me copies of the relevant papers if you have them:
