Letter to APPU Central Office

I am writing on behalf of the British Overseas Territories to formally ask that authorisation be given under Article 3, para 4(b), of the APPU-EC Rules of Procedure, for a delegation of postal officials from Brunei and Hong Kong)to attend as observers at the forthcoming Executive Council meeting in Seoul in October.

The delegation will only include officials from the respective postal administrations, and no representative from Her Majesty's Government or the British Post Office will be attending. If you require any further information at this stage please let me know.
