The relevant Geographical Departments have been consulted and have commented that as far as they can see there are no objections to the proposed amendments. The territories concerned would, however, need to be consulted.

1 SED have added, however, that they assume that whatever installations MOD may have in Gibraltar for servicing nuclear powered submarines are not covered by the Act'.
