because of political and other factors are Gibraltar,
Hong Kong, Falkland Islands Other territories

where it is not feasible are Pitcairn (population
52), British Antarctic Territory (no indigenous
population) and British Indian Ocean Territory
(no indigenous population).

written parliamentary
to Ma Foulkes'/question on the executive and legislative councils of our Dependent Territories.
3.
With the agreement of Parliamentary Unit
the meaning of 'development' has been taken to mean
'aid development'.

The geographical FCO departments, ODA and
HKGD's assistant Legal Adviser concur in the draft
reply.
