Ministerial meetings, including biennial Commonwealth

Heads of Government meeting (CHGM), the Annual

Finance Ministers meeting held just before the meetings

of the IMF and the World Bank, and triennial meetings

on health education, law and agriculture.

Many official meetings, notably the biennial senior

officials meeting.

(iii)

Meetings and exchanges between many official groups and

bodies, notably the Commonwealth Foundation, which

encourages a wide range of professional contacts.

Aid programmes, including the Commonwealth Fund

for Technical Co-operation (CFTC), the Commonwealth

Youth Programme (CYP), and the Commonwealth Science

Council (CSC).

Many unofficial professional, artistic and sporting

activities, such as those under the aegis of the

Commonwealth Parliamentary Association and the

Royal Commonwealth Society.
