In his submission of 5 October 1981 Mr Clift proposed that the PSA representative in the Caribbean should visit the Governor, Turks and Caicos Islands, to advise on what exactly is required.

2. The costs of such visits by PSA representatives would be met by Vote II for non-grant-aided territories and by ODA for grant-aided ones. We should like to put a case to ODA for a visit to TCI. Are you able to let me know the approximate cost?
