Thank you for your minute of 19 February concerning a Royal Portrait for the Governor's office in Montserrat.

2. I should be happy to supply a signed copy of the latest official photograph which was taken by the late Mr Peter Grugeon during Jubilee Year and is a colour print of Her Majesty standing in court dress and tiara. When framed it will measure 24'' x 18''.

3. I will arrange for the portrait to be signed, framed and despatched as soon as possible but the whole process normally takes at least 12 weeks.

4. I confirm that the portrait will be supplied free of charge.
