PRIME MINISTER'S VISIT TO HONG KONG SEPTEMBER 1982
1. As part of the briefing for the PM's visit we need to cover the following:-
2.
a) Treaties and Agreements applicable to
Hong Kong.
b) Multilateral organisations or International
bodies on which Hong Kong has some form of representation (ie UN specialised agencies).
I should be grateful if you and copy addressees could let me have a list of treaties, conventions etc and organisations applicable to Hong Kong. The list does not have to be exhaustive; the main object is to provide as many representative examples as possible.
3. I should be grateful for your contributions by close of play on Tuesday, 3 August.
