Dear Sir,

Blaker v. Private Eye
14th July, 1981
See 118
ひ
NR
Thank you for your letter of 8th July 1981.
We entirely agree with and accept your advice concerning the further discovery sought by the Defendants' solicitors.
The Defendants' solicitors have not pressed this matter since their original request to us by letter dated 6th April. In that letter, they invited us to serve an amended List of Documents on Mr. Blaker's behalf within 14 days, failing which they were instructed to make an appropriate application to the Court. If the request for further discovery is pursued then we propose to reply to the effect that the documents requested are not and never have been in our client's possession, custody or power.
