Members are asked to advise whether:

the Commissioner's request should be granted; or

(b)

the Commissioner's request should be refused; and whether, in either event;

(c)

the Commissioner should be directed to conduct all further proceedings in camera;

(d)

the present terms of reference should be clarified or limited and if so in what manner;

(e)

the Commissioner should be directed to render his personal report by a

specified date.
