Could I ask you for your help in looking into a slight admin- istration hiccup? .We asked (our telegrams 804 and 805, of 20 and 21 October) for copies of the MacLennan Report for Mr Blaker and Mr Robin Cook MP. In the latter and our telegram 880 we asked to be told when the copies would arrive. received a reply and have, in fact, only just received the copies. I know that this is a bulky document and realise that the request may have caused some practical problems, but the delay could have led to embarrassment here. Could you please see what went wrong?
