Police Constable 6924 WAN For-hing is the Death Enquiries PC at Kowloon City Station. He will state that he visited the scene of the suicide at 1230 hrs on 15.1.80. He saw that the windows and curtains in the flat were closed and that there was no trace of them being damaged or tampered with. The furniture was in order, and some wine bottles used for decoration were placed inside the sitting room. He saw the deceased's body on the floor of the bedroom and he retained the clothing removed from the top half of the deceased's body by the pathologist.

At 1325 hrs he escorted the body of the deceased to Kowloon Public Mortuary and at 1100 hrs on 17.1.80 accompanied by Mr. B.D.M. Hancock he identified the body at Kowloon Public Mortuary.

On 18.1.80 at 1455 hrs the pathologist, Dr. WONG Kin- ming gave him two heads of shell which had been removed from the body of the deceased and at 1030 hrs on 20.1.80 he brought these two shell heads to the Ballistics office at May House for examination.

Mr. POON Ngok-ming, a Police Photographer will state that he entered the deceased's flat with Mr. Quinn and Mr. Trotman and that he took a series of photographs of the body and the flat at the time the body was found.

Mr. CHING Kwok-tai, Special Photographer will state that he went to the deceased's flat at 1025 hrs on 9.2.80 and took photographs from various angles and in particular the window fittings.
THE POST MORTEM EXAMINATION

Mr. B.D.M. Hancock, Inspector of Police will state that at 1100 hrs on 17.1.80 at Kowloon Public Mortuary he identified the body of the deceased in the presence of Dr. WONG Kin-ming and DEPC 6924.

Dr. WONG Kin-ming, Forensic Pathologist carried out a Post Mortem, permission to do so having been given by the parents of the deceased and the Coroner, Kowloon and New Territories Mr. J. Hansen.

Dr. WONG Kin-ming will state that at 1215 hrs on 15.1.80 he attended the scene of a Caucasian male adult found dead at Flat 410B, 19, Homantin Hill Rd. Kowloon. He examined the body and certified the death. From rectal temperatures, rigor mortis and other factors he established the time of death to be between 0630 - 0730 hrs on 15.1.80. On examination of the body he found 5 bullet entry wounds and 3 bullet exit wounds. There were no other external injuries seen. Post Mortem Report No. KPM 184/80 has been submitted to the Coroner.
