Re: Proposed Employment of Miss Lei Ion Peng
We are manufacturers and exporters of high quality garments in Hong Kong. Within the last few years we have grown rapidly and now find ourselves in a position where proper and scientific management of the business has become essential. We do not have at the moment either a personnel manager or a trained adviser. All personnel and training matters have been dealt with by Mr. Ling Hoi Sang who now feels that too much of his time is being devoted to such arcas as management of personnel and administ- ration.

As a matter of policy therefore we have now considered it appropriate to employ a person with knowledge of these skills to help the company and particularly to assist Mr. Ling. This is also an opportune moment to select personnel as institutions such as the University, Baptist College and the Polytechnic have just released their new graduates.
We have therefore made enquiries and Miss Lei Ion Peng has been recommended to us for this post. Miss Lei held a student visa in Hong Kong and has now graduated from the Baptist College majoring in Business Administration. We have interviewed her and
find her suitable to take up the post of Administrative Assistant.
