Up to the date of this petition I have lived

in Hong Kong for about four years. During this period

I have been a law abiding resident of Hong Kong,

contributing in the small ways, as a student, in which

I can to Hong Kong and its population.

any triad society or had any connection with any person

connected with them or with their activities.

In these premises the Petitioner humbly begs

your Excellency in Council to reconsider her case and to

permit the Petitioner to remain in Hong Kong and to be

employed as prayed for taking into your sympathetic

consideration the aforementioned circumstances and also

the fact that your humble Petitioner is a helpless young

lady of about 24 years of age without a job.

The Petitioner says that if she is now asked

to depart for Macau, she will not be able to find such

a suitable and decent job which she has been offered

now in Hong Kong and which could support her family and

herself.

Such a departure will then make the Petitioner

an ordinary worker or labourer with low income, wrecking

her whole future life. It may even make the Petitioner

an "unemployed person" as she may not even be able to

find a job at all in Macau.

The Petitioner further submits that she

being an educated person with Diploma in the Faculty of
