I beg leave to submit reply to paragraph (a)

above that I am now more qualified from before to take such

post as I have completed all requirements for the Diploma

in the faculty of Business in Business Management course

and the Diploma will be awarded officially in November, 1981

and for which I have received a Certificate from the

President of Hong Kong Baptist College as per copy attached

herewith marked "D".

As regards paragraph (b) above I respectfully

state that my family consists of my parents and five brothers

and one sister. One brother Lee Yuk Kwan is a resident of

Hong Kong. He is the holder of Hong Kong Identity Card

Identity Card No. G320215 My mother is the holder of Hong Kong/having

No.E584805.

obtained permission to remain since 1979. The same are

produced marked "Eland "F" respectivelly.

My father is very old and is a retired carpenter

living mainly on charity from his children and from what

he received from his employer upon retirement. He is not

in a position to support me or any of the other children.

Of the other brothers and sister, one brother

and the sister are married and live independently.

other brother who is about 30 years of age lives in Macau

and looks after the two younger brothers who are both

students in Macau.

In these circumstances, I am in a desperate

need to obtain the present employment so as to relieve my

family of one more burden, the present offer of employment

I have received is a very good one and I hope for my sake

and that of my family that I be not deprived of such an

opportunity. Therefore I could not depend upon my
