premises and will comply with all the terms conditions and
requirements (if any) which Government or any competent
authority may impose or make with regard to the taking up
of such Crown Lease including payment of a due proportion
according to the part or share hereby assigned in the said
premises and the said building of all the expenses in connection therewith and will at all times hereafter pay
and discharge the determined Annual Instalment of premium
of $56.00 and the determined Crown rent of $4.00 payable in
respect of the said premises and will perform and observe
the terms covenants and conditions by and in the said
Conditions and the Deeds of Mutual Covenant respectively
reserved and contained so far as they relate to the hereby
assigned part or share of and in the said premises and the
said building and will indemnify the Assignor and from and
against all actions suits expenses claims and demands on
account of or in respect of the non-payment of the said share
of the said premium and the said rent or the non-performance
or non-observance of the said terms covenants and conditions
or any of them or on account of the default of the Assignee
in taking up the said Crown Lease or non-compliance by the
Assignee with any requirement with regard thereto

is hereby certified that the transaction hereby effected does

in respect of which the amount or value or the aggregate
amount or value of the consideration exceeds $100,000.00.
