I have just seen a copy of Searle's letter of the 20th February addressed to Mr. H.C. Chow : Wanderers Association, Nathan Road, Kowloon. It is attached to a further petition from the Wanderers addressed to the Prime Minister.

I cannot trace that we received a copy of Searle's letter or were told that the office was replying to Chow direct. In future it would be very helpful if letters of this type were passed to the Secretariat for onward transmission, or else if it is decided to send them direct, we receive a copy.
