Entitlement to Re-admission to the United Kingdom

We have not yet received a reply to my letter of the above reference dated 21st April 1981. For your convenience I enclose a copy.

I should be grateful to know if you have been successful in persuading the Home Office to reverse the ruling that "re-admission" endorsements may not be transferred from United Kingdom to Hong Kong passports.
