In addition, it is for consideration:

whether an amendment ought to be proposed to Mr Raison's amendment to enable a child born in Hong Kong who does not acquire CBDTby birth to register upon attaining the age of five rather than ten (paragraph 22).

whether in the light of the advice of Council on the matters to be pursued, arrangements should be finalised for the Governor to see the Secretary for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and the Home Secretary; and
whether they agree to the line recommended in paragraph 30 above as regards publicity.
