We confirm that, after completion of the purchase by us of the shares of Rediffusion Television Limited pursuant to the Heads of Agreement of even date herewith, neither Rediffusion Limited nor any of its subsidiaries will be required by us to make any loan to Rediffusion Television Limited or to guarantee or give security for any borrowings or indebtedness of Rediffusion Television Limited.
