During a recent telephone conversation with Mr Muggeridge of the BBC, he mentioned having heard a report that one of the possible sites for a relay station in Hong Kong was likely to be taken over for an airport. I said this was new to me, and asked him to set down what he had heard in writing so that we could look into it. This he has now done, and I attach his. letter. This amounts to another bid of special pleading on the BBC's part, but I think I must reply by commenting on the reports quoted.
