(Chapter 230)

CHINA MOTOR BUS COMPANY LIMITED DETERMINATION OF SCALE OF FARES (STUDENT TRAVEL SCHEME) NOTICE 1981

Under section 13(1) of the Public Omnibus Services

:

Ordinance, the Governor in Council has determined that,

with effect from 1 September 1981, the scale of fares that

may be charged by the China Motor Bus Company Limited on

any route other than

(a)

a route specified in the Schedule; or

(b)

on Sundays and public holidays on routes 6,

9, 61, 62 and 73,

for the carriage of persons who hold valid student travel

cards issued by the Commissioner for Transport shall be

one half of the adult single fare, rounded up to the nearest

10 cents above.
