There are also a large number of proposed projects which the Committee has not specifically commented on. They are, however, listed to give an indication of a rough order of costs and phasing of expenditure of institutions' requests, and to serve as a starting point for subsequent annual reviews. It must be stressed that listing carries no implication of approval.
