I attach a copy of a letter I have received from the Standing Conference on Refugees which encloses their draft discussion on refugees from SE Asia.

You will see that they expect to hear our views at their meeting on 10 September. It is not clear to me whether or not anybody from the Home Office has been asked to attend the meeting. But in any case, I should be most grateful to have your views on the paper as soon as possible.
