7. Please note that Save the Children Fund is spawning a new agency Refugee Action to take over mid-term support for resettlement/refugees, primarily VRS and to appeal for funds. BCAR and OV are clearly concerned about the advent of this new body for fear of confusion to public mind and fragmentation of refugee agencies, especially with the imminent formation of the British Refugee Council.
