In Relation to Chek Lap Kok

Figure 7 shows the proposed Control Zone for Chek Lap Kok superimposed over the limits of Hong Kong territorial waters and extending both within and further to the west than the territorial boundary.

The Control Zone will extend vertically from Ground Level or

Sea Level to an Upper Limit of 2000 ft.

Above it, but not shown on Figure 7, it will be necessary to define a TMA of dimensions which will include the Holding Areas, as discussed in the text and presentation at Canton.

In Relation to Kai Tak

The Hong Kong TMA and FIR boundaries are shown at Attachment 1 together with the ICAC statement of its lateral limits.
