(a)

(1) Every pool permit shall

be issued to an authorized person;

(b) specify each restricted area in respect of

which it is issued; and

(၁)

(2)

specify its expiry date which shall not be

longer than 12 months from the date of issue.

Every standard permit shall

(a)

bear a photograph of the permit holder;

(b) specify each restricted area in respect of

which it is issued; and

(c) specify its expiry date which shall not be

longer than 12 months from the date of issue.

(3) Every permit shall cease to be valid -

(a) on the expiration of the period for which it

was issued; or

(b) upon its cancellation under regulation 9; or

(c) where a permit holder ceases to be employed

by the person who was his employer at the

date of the issue of the permit; or
