(2) The certificate of the general manager of any
plan or amendments thereto under paragraph (1) shall be
endorsed on the plan under the hand of the general manager.
(3) Every plan certified under this regulation
shall be kept in the office of the general manager and a
copy shall be available for public inspection at the
inquiry counter in the Kowloon Station concourse of the
railway.
PART II
RESTRICTED AREA PERMITS

Subject to these regulations, no person shall
enter or remain in a restricted area unless he has on.
his person a valid permit issued to him in respect of
that area.
Issue of permits and
grounds for refusal.
6. (1) Subject to paragraph (2), the general
manager may issue
(a)
to any authorized person free of charge; and
(b) subject to regulation 7, to any other person
on an application being made therefor under
that regulation and on payment of the
prescribed fee,
a pool permit or a standard permit, whichever is appropriate,
in such form and subject to such conditions as may be
specified by the general manager.
