Stones will be in USA at end of October, and will be visiting nuclear stations containing GEC turbines; Westinghouse wish to take him to some of their better plants

opportunity to address Whitehall Strategy Group?
ECGD are preparing a paper on limits of UK finance package for Stones to use in any visit to Peking. This is designed to prevent Stones from misrepresenting HMG's position.
