Negotiations between CEC/Framatone are continuing but the amendment
relating to the supply of fuel suggested by Mr Manzie is causing problems
in that Framatome are most unwilling to accept it and have suggested two
alternative sentences themselves. Mr Lippitt is writing direct to Mr Manzie
on this topic. Otherwise, the two companies are ready to sign the agreement.
