GPC proposed that for security reasons, all information exchanged during the course of the feasibility study be treated with strict confidence and that circulation of the Feasibility Report be restricted. CLP agreed.

GPC proposed that when the new Company HKNIC was formed, legal standing should be obtained. CLP agreed and suggested that registration of HKNIC should be done as late as possible to avoid publicity.

The Feasibility Report was accepted subject to incorporation of the amendments and comments made by the Executive Committee. The Management Group would make the necessary changes and re-submit for the Executive Committee's final approval.
