For a number of reasons the production of the report has been delayed and it has now only been possible to forward this to you. You normally receive the full report ie the enclosed summary and the more detailed tables. Unfortunately, the publication of this too has been delayed and it may not now be available for a couple of weeks. I will forward you a copy by bag as soon as it is available.
