SECRETARY OF STATE's VISIT TO CHINA AND HONG KONG

The Secretary of State will visit Hong Kong from the

29th of March to the 1st of April before going to China and Japan.

The visit will give the Secretary of State the opportunity to

consult the Governor on topics concerning Hong Kong that may arise
