You will have seen from Hong Kong TelNo 1024 that a recent Reform Club paper on the future of Hong Kong made considerable use of Sherman's SCMP article. The Reform Club paper did not however attract much attention and so far as I know we have had no further questions about Sherman's link with the Prime Minister, either from NCNA or from anyone else.
