Given the size of the property,. our clients'
intention is to construct an entire new town thereon, with all necessary facilities and amenities. Regarding the technical requirement of this very large redevelopment our clients propose to retain the services of expert consultants which are firms in their field. In particular they have already retained the following firms of consultants :

Shankland Cox Partnership
Civil Engineering
Binnie & Partners
Economic Feasibility
The SGV Group
All the consultants have an international reputation as well as substantial practical experience in Hong Kung. They will be starting work in Hong Kung in the middle or January, 1980 and our clients would suggest that Government form a working party to act in consultation with our clients' group of consultants who will in due course be submitting various engineering and development proposals for Government consideration. The project manager for the redevelopment will be Trafalgar Housing Ltd. whose offices are at
Realty Building, 10th Floor, Central, Hong Kong.
