2. Sun Hung-Kai Securities have offices in Hong Kong, Peking and London. There seems little doubt that Mr Fung is quite likely to pass what he hears in Hong Kong and in London straight back to Chinese leaders to whom he talks in Peking.

You will see there was the usual pressure about the announcement of the name of the new Governor.
